Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guiding students on education and visa processing
∎ Providing clear and friendly communication with clients and walk-in visitors
∎ Maintaining office records and assisting with documentation
∎ Supporting the team in day-to-day office activities
∎ We are looking for an experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling student visa, visitor visa, or immigration files, with strong communication and client handling skills.
