Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate information and counseling regarding visa applications.
Guide clients in choosing appropriate countries and visa categories based on their profiles.
Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing required documents.
Follow up on application progress and update clients regularly.
Maintain communication with clients through in-person, phone, or online channels.
Work to achieve company service and sales targets.
Stay updated with current visa rules and immigration policies.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
