Job Context:
∎ • Student Admission, Student Counseling, Student File Processing, Student Visa Processing, study abroad.
∎ • Professional Level experience on business email correspondence and Computer literacy in Microsoft Office with good typing skill.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To consult with students and guardians over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities
∎ • Providing tourist visa assistance
∎ • Managing all customer queries over the phone
∎ • Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow-up
∎ • Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face
∎ • Maintain Facebook page and queries.
∎ • Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ • Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of company.
∎ • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ • Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ • Assist student for their whole admissions & visa procedure
∎ • Perform any task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Consulting Firms
∎ Skills Required: Student Admission, Student Counseling, Student File Processing, Student Visa Processing, study abroad, Skilled Immigration to Australia & Canada

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ With attractive commission on each successful application file.
