Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Visa Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, consulting with potential clients regarding visa applications, and providing expert advice on various visa types and immigration procedures.
Duty: 10AM to 6PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about visa options, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our visa services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist clients in gathering required documents and completing visa applications.
- Stay updated on the latest visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Any other task assigned by the office.
