Responsibilities & Context:
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, including trimming, sequencing, and adding effects, music, and graphics.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and video concepts that align with project goals.

  • Perform color grading, sound mixing, and final export to ensure the video meets brand and platform standards.

  • Optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring consistent quality and format across channels.

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations for video overlays, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.

  • Design thumbnails, video intros/outros, and other elements to enhance video engagement.

  • Ensure all graphics and visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Generate new ideas for video content and visual designs that resonate with the target audience and support the brand’s message.

  • Research trends and stay updated with new techniques in video production, editing, and design.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative insights and suggestions for upcoming projects.

  • Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Provide and receive feedback constructively to continuously improve the creative output.

  • Operate editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) effectively.

  • Maintain an organized digital archive of assets and completed projects for easy access and future use.

  • Perform quality control checks on all content, ensuring files are error-free and meet technical specifications.
