Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff.
∎ Make strategic plans.
∎ Prepare the teachers' Performance Report and forward to the Principal.
∎ Look after academics and administrative activities of the school.
∎ Take the challenge of leading in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education
∎ Implement the decision of organizing body in all steps of the school
∎ Make annual report of the school
∎ Supervise the section in-charge to set up the Examination Timetable
∎ Day to day assist the Principal
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication and listening abilities
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination
∎ Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers)
∎ At least 7-10 years teaching experiences
