Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors, Masters or Post Graduation in Education, Business, Communications, Public relations or relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ warrant the overall academic and administrative tasks and assistance to the Principal
∎ co-extend, direct, train and counsel the teachers and admin staff as per requirement
∎ tutor, guide and train the new teachers and employees to be accustomed to the system
∎ disciplining the students and administration according to the policy
∎ preparation of Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Questions, Routines / Exam Routines, Teaching materials according to the CAIE standard
∎ development of training module, handbook and School Policies as per requirement
∎ making sure that teachers take classes properly, timely and accordingly to the CAIE
∎ preparation of strategic plans for admissions
∎ positive management of academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) whenever necessary
∎ responsible to organize annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.)
∎ necessary initiatives and measures to uphold the image of the School
∎ Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, conduct Class Observations according to the LEGEND School standard.
∎ ensuring overall safety and security of the students and staffs
∎ necessary initiatives to perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role.
∎ responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years dealing in any English Medium School as a Vice Principal.
∎ Proper knowledge on communication practices and techniques
∎ Excellent IT skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Capability to work well independently and as part of a team as well
∎ Should be judicious to model professional and ethical standards while dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ Maintains good professional relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
∎ Fulfills professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordination
