Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Islamic Studies, Arabic or Kamil, Dawrah
∎ Skills Required: Must have the skill of using MS Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience of teaching in English Medium Version School Madrasah

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead daily Madrasah/ school activities by participating in the development of class schedules, teacher assignments, and extra-curricular activity schedules
∎ Look after administrative and operational functions & discipline
∎ Ensure implementation of academic policies and curriculum
∎ Conduct Training & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers
∎ Develop and track benchmarks for measuring institutional success
∎ Continuous value addition for establishing exemplary academic institutions in the country
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the stuff & teachers
∎ Promote a positive and caring climate for learning
∎ Always try to formulate the ideas of the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Enthusiastic and sympathetic attitude towards children
∎ Goal oriented and can handle all the academic & administrative activities
∎ Formulate strategy, plan, and policy & implement academic and non-academic; interventions to achieve the core objective of the Madrasah/School
