Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ B.Sc in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Program Officer/ Manager, Supervision, Trainer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), NGO, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programme planning, implementation, coordination, management and reporting
∎ Implement/support project activities according to individual work plan and building on project set objectives
∎ Provide appropriate guidance and support to the farm as well as members.
∎ Communicate with local level administration, elected bodies and NGOs;
∎ Coordinate project activities in the Upazillas and unions level;
∎ Lead the team and participate in rapid assessment;
∎ Supervise the Para vets and other staff of the farm.
∎ Organize training as design of the project;
∎ Prepare different types reports for Donor
∎ Ensure a quality documentation both of soft and hard verson
∎ Perform the administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal & written skills in English and Bangla
∎ An ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge on networking & communication
∎ Sound knowledge on computer operation.
Salary: Negotiable
