Founded in 1986, People`s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is a growing Non-Government Organization (NGO) working across the country. POPI has been at the forefront of country`s social and economic endeavor since inception. It envisions a prudent nation free from hunger and poverty where every citizen leads a life with dignity and equity. POPI`s programmes revolves around six major areas including education, livelihood development, health, rights and governance, DRR & CCA and Financial Services. At present POPI is working in 23 districts across Bangladesh with an effective network of regional, zonal, branch and field offices. Journey level mechanic, diagnoses, maintains, and repairs numerous types of equipment. Fully proficient in proper diagnostic skills on vehicle Maintaining and repairing gas/diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems Adheres to occupational and shop safety standards. Assures fleet is maintained in accordance with company rules and regulations. Assists the Admin manager with all vehicle and equipment management and issues as they occur. Oversee and monitor of Automotive workgroups (Vendor) to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Generate and update vehicle and equipment repair work orders and status reports. Accurate maintain departmental, vehicle and equipment databases and files. Ensures vehicle preventive maintenance schedules are being maintained and continuously reviewed for accuracy and completeness. Supervise drivers for their daily routine works and ensure safety driving and dress code. Keeping records and update vehicle tax, rout permit, fitness and renew intime and ensure car periodic servicing. Lead inter-departmental task forces charged with improving vehicle and equipment maintenance functions in support of program. Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems. Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Salary: probation period 32072, after confirmation 35,668/-
