Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product managers to create intuitive designs for our innovative payment solutions
∎ Prepare detailed design requirements to guide developers with implementing the new features with incredible visuals and user experience experience
∎ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers
∎ Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
∎ Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
∎ Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
∎ Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
∎ You'll also need to apply your design skills in other ways, such as:
∎ Web and mobile app, landing pages, email templates designs
∎ Branding assets such as banners, ads, social media posts and other creatives
∎ We follow the highest possible standards to meet the strictest financial services regulations. As a team, we're continually shifting, facing new challenges and expanding our knowledge of the latest design trends, reliable software architecture, programming languages and the latest technology, and we expect you to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven UI/UX experience and demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
∎ Solid experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
∎ Web and mobile app prototyping tools like InVision, Adobe XD, Figma or others
∎ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies in fintech
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
∎ We are an international team, so fluency in English is essential
∎ Experience in Jira, Trello and other project management tools
∎ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will add a value
∎ Ability to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a 1-hour break as our clients are in EU (Saturday-Sunday are days off)
