∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or related field.
∎ 8+ years of experience in UX design, consulting, or user research.
∎ Experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
∎ Strong expertise in UX research methods such as usability testing, interviews, A/B testing, and surveys.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting UX workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
∎ Facilitate various types of sessions to gather insights, define design problems, and brainstorm solutions.
∎ Synthesize findings from workshops and translate them into actionable design strategies.
∎ Assist to ensure adherence to industry-leading UX processes, guidelines, and frameworks.
∎ Collaborate with the UX Lead and other stakeholders to integrate global UX best practices into the project lifecycle.
∎ Plan and assist to execute qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
∎ Analyze research data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Create detailed research reports and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of insights.
∎ Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure user-centric solutions.
∎ 10 Minute School is looking for talented individuals to join the Higher Secondary Education Project (HSEP), which aims to implement a Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) across 3,300 colleges in Bangladesh. This USAID-funded project focuses on pedagogical training for higher secondary teachers. The CLMS will adopt a blended learning approach, incorporating both online and in-person learning and covering synchronous (live classes) and asynchronous content (recorded lectures, assignment submission, quizzes) to ensure the delivery of quality education. The project aims to directly benefit over 200,000 teachers and principals and indirectly over 3 million students, enhancing the educational landscape across the country.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled UX Consultant to collaborate with the UX Lead in delivering exceptional user experience design solutions. The consultant will assist in conducting workshops, following global UX standards, and driving user research to enhance product usability and design. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in user-centered design, be proactive in identifying user needs, and ensure the implementation of best practices in UX methodologies.
