Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting classes for 3 hours daily to provide an engaging and effective learning experience that ensures retention.
∎ Providing mentorship and guidance to junior and assistant teachers, ensuring their professional development and teaching excellence.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining high standards in content delivery and classroom management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Leading and overseeing publication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
∎ As a subject expert, contributing to curriculum design, content development, and the implementation of effective teaching methodologies.
∎ Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution
∎ B.Ed/M.Ed Degree Preferable
∎ Minimum Teaching Experience of 2 years or above in schools or colleges
∎ Great communication & grooming skills
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ 10 Minute School is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Teacher to lead and enhance our educational programs for our Content (Academics) team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding junior and assistant teachers, overseeing curriculum quality, and ensuring high standards in classroom management and content delivery. This position is suited for graduates with prior teaching experience who are committed to providing high-quality education and are eager to work as subject experts in their field.
