Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to use the internet effectively for browsing, research, and managing information.

  • Familiarity with online portals, email communication, and digital documentation.

  • Ability to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar platforms) for drafting, organizing information, and completing office tasks.

  • Proper understanding of computer operations, file management, and general IT literacy.

  • Excellent Bangla speaking skills with clear and professional communication ability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate with international universities via email and maintain professional correspondence.

  • Upload, manage, and update student documentation on university portals.

  • Assist in the end-to-end admission process for overseas education, including application submission, follow-ups, and confirmation of admission.

  • Provide guidance to students regarding admission requirements, documentation, and procedures.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Counseling, Visa, Accounts, Compliance) to ensure smooth processing of student files.

  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all admission-related activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and admission regulations of respective universities.

  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the management.
