• Lead and support the teaching faculty in delivering effective, student -centered, and activity -based learning.
• Monitor and enhance academic performance through data -driven analysis, curriculum evaluation, and standardized assessments.
• Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom management to ensure
• excellence in education.
• Foster a collaborative and professional learning environment by encouraging teacher development and training.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and staff, ensuring a supportive and inclusive school culture.
