Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Strong communication, marketing, and public-relations skills required. Experience in university admission processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Application Processing
Assist in receiving, verifying, and processing admission applications.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.
Coordinate with relevant departments for eligibility checks and document validation.
Admission Test & Selection Support
Assist in organizing admission tests, interviews, and other selection procedures.
Support the compilation and processing of admission results.
Help prepare merit lists, waitlists, and related documentation.
Student Data & Record Maintenance
Maintain accurate records of applicants, admitted students, and rejected applications.
Regularly update the student information system and admission database.
File and archive admission-related documents systematically.
Communication & Coordination
Respond to queries from prospective students, parents, and stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Disseminate admission notices, guidelines, and updates.
Coordinate with faculties, departments, and administrative units for admission-related tasks.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns to promote university programs.
Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, and outreach activities to attract prospective students.
Support content development for promotional materials, social media posts, and digital marketing activities.
Maintain communication with potential applicants through follow-ups, calls, and organized events.
Help identify market trends and provide input to enhance recruitment strategies.
Committee & Event Assistance
Assist in preparing documents, agendas, and minutes for admission committee meetings.
Support admission counseling sessions, orientations, open houses, and recruitment events.
Follow up on decisions and instructions issued by relevant committees.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare basic admission and marketing reports as required by supervisors.
Ensure compliance with university policies, UGC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in audits or internal reviews of admission and marketing processes.
Team Support
Work under the guidance of the Senior Officer or Joint Registrar (Admission & Marketing).
Provide support to junior staff in completing admission and marketing tasks.
Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness in all assigned responsibilities.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle applicant and student information with strict confidentiality.
Maintain ethical standards, transparency, and integrity in all admission- and marketing-related activities.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in improving admission and marketing procedures as needed.
Support special projects, campaigns, or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Contribute to enhancing the university’s brand image and enrollment outcomes.
