Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Excellent communication, customer service, and computer proficiency required.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff courteously and professionally.
Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out, maintain records, and provide guidance or directions within the office.
Respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
Communication & Coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
Ensure timely delivery of messages and documents to staff and office sections.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments, meetings, and events.
Document Handling & Filing
Receive, sort, and record incoming and outgoing letters, memos, and documents.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of office documents and records.
Assist in the preparation of official letters, notices, and forms as required.
Administrative Support
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including office supplies management and office maintenance coordination.
Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events for the Registrar’s Office.
Maintain logs, registers, and records for office activities as required.
Student & Staff Assistance
Guide students, faculty, and staff regarding office procedures, forms, and documentation requirements.
Assist in the submission, processing, and follow-up of official requests and applications.
Professionalism & Ethics
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive image at all times.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ensure courteous and effective interaction with all stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Support special office projects and events as assigned by the Registrar or senior staff.
Ensure smooth functioning of the front desk and immediate administrative tasks.
Report issues or operational challenges promptly to the supervisor or Registrar.
