Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, CSE/ICT, or any relevant discipline with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Strong communication, technical proficiency, academic documentation skills, and experience in training coordination or teaching–learning support will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Project Support (CRITS)
Assist in organizing, monitoring, and documenting research, innovation, and sustainability projects.
Support faculty and student involvement in research, grants, innovation competitions, and development programs.
Maintain updated records of ongoing projects, research outputs, publications, and innovation activities.
Academic & Teaching–Learning Support (CETL)
Assist in implementing faculty development programs, training, and teaching–learning improvement initiatives.
Support curriculum development, outcome-based education (OBE) activities, and quality enhancement processes.
Help organize capacity-building workshops, training sessions, and pedagogical improvement seminars for faculty members.
Maintain databases of faculty training, evaluations, teaching innovations, and CETL initiatives.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Support the Director and Senior Officer in daily operations, project coordination, and administrative management.
Ensure smooth communication between CRITS/CETL, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation related to research, innovation, and teaching–learning programs.
Event & Program Assistance
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, conferences, research fairs, hackathons, and faculty development programs.
Manage logistics, participant coordination, event documentation, and follow-up activities.
Facilitate engagement of internal and external experts, researchers, trainers, and collaborators.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain structured databases for research projects, innovation initiatives, teaching–learning programs, and sustainability activities.
Assist in preparing periodic reports, summaries, and dashboards for the Director and University leadership.
Support documentation for funding applications, audits, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
Student & Faculty Support
Provide guidance and logistical assistance to faculty and students engaged in research, innovation, or teaching–learning activities.
Facilitate access to resources, equipment, training materials, and support services.
Help coordinate mentorship programs, research groups, and academic development initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the implementation of strategic priorities related to research development, innovation culture, and teaching–learning excellence.
Contribute to creating a research-driven, innovative, and learner-centered academic environment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or University authorities to ensure the efficient functioning of CRITS and CETL.
