Key Responsibilities:
1. Education Counsellor (UK / Europe & Malaysia)
* Provide accurate counselling to students regarding study options, universities, and visa processes.
* Guide students through application, documentation, and admission procedures.
* Manage follow-ups, maintain student databases, and ensure seamless communication.
* Stay updated on university requirements, scholarships, and admission criteria.
* Participate in student sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
2. Digital Marketer (Lead Generation Specialist & Content Creator)
* Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
* Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and promotional materials.
* Optimise social media ads and monitor performance analytics.
* Manage online branding to maintain a consistent digital identity.
* Work closely with counsellors and business development for integrated campaigns.
* Develop new ideas to improve audience engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree & at least 1 year of relevant experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
* Ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
