Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or any discipline with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Must have good organizational skills and knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics management. Experience in administrative or support services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
Assist in strategic sourcing of goods and services based on institutional needs and approved procurement policies.
Conduct market research, vendor comparisons, and price analysis to support cost-effective decision-making.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and adherence to terms and conditions.
Vendor & Contract Management
Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Support evaluation of vendor performance, pricing, reliability, and service quality.
Assist in preparing vendor contracts, renewal documentation, and compliance monitoring.
Help resolve disputes, discrepancies, or service-related issues with suppliers.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse replenishment requirements.
Assist in receiving, verifying, and recording incoming goods according to quality standards and documentation.
Maintain updated stock records, issue logs, and consumption reports.
Support periodic stock audits, reconciliations, and warehouse organization activities.
Supply Chain Planning & Coordination
Assist in planning material requirements based on departmental needs and operational priorities.
Coordinate the internal distribution of goods and materials to various offices, academic units, and laboratories.
Support forecasting, demand analysis, and supply scheduling to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Track shipments, logistic movements, and delivery schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized records of procurement activities, supply transactions, and vendor communications.
Prepare supply chain reports, procurement status updates, and stock monitoring summaries.
Ensure accurate documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and financial verification.
Compliance, Standards & Policy Adherence
Ensure all supply chain activities comply with university procurement regulations and financial policies.
Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation submission and follow-up.
Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical practices in all supply chain operations.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, logistics staff, and administrative units.
Communicate supply schedules, delivery updates, and procurement timelines to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in resolving coordination challenges related to procurement, stock availability, or distribution.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives and digital record-keeping systems.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs in supply chain and procurement management.
Perform any tasks assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, or senior management to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
