Responsibilities & Context:
∎ পিকেএসএফ এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত কোন ক্ষুদ্র ঋণদানকারী সংস্থায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ন্যুনতম ২(দুই) বছর বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে সিনিয়র শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক পদে ৩(তিন) বছর বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীগন আবেদন করতে পারবেন। কম্পিউটার জানা(MS Word, MS Excel)ও সফটওয়ার সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারনা ও পরিচালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে। প্রার্থীদের মোটর সাইকেল চালানো বাধ্যতামূলক এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।

নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের নিজস্ব জেলার পার্শ্ববর্তী জেলায় পোষ্টিং দেয়া যাবে। এছাড়াও মোবাইল বিল, মোটর সাইকেল বিল, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, বছরে ২টি গ্রাচ্যুইটি, বছরে ২টি উৎসব বোনাস, বৈশাখী ভাতা এবং সংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী চিকিৎসা সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। চাকুরীতে যোগদানের সময় ০১ মাসের মোট বেতনের সমপরিমান টাকা (ফেরতযোগ্য) জামানত প্রদান করতে হবে। সকল পদের জন্য শিক্ষানবীসকাল হবে ০৬ মাস।
