Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for an experienced Utility Manager to oversee and manage all utility operations within our garments and washing facility. The role requires ensuring uninterrupted utility services, maintaining high operational efficiency, and complying with international safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations of all utility systems, including electrical distribution, water systems, HVAC, boilers, compressors, and generators.
Ensure continuous and reliable supply of utilities to support production and washing operations.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all utility equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to boilers, chillers, compressors, generators, pumps, and washing machinery.
Monitor energy and utility consumption, analyze performance data, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and international audit requirements including RSC, Nirapon, and LEED guidelines.
Supervise and guide utility technicians, electricians, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams for shutdown planning, spare parts procurement, vendor management, and machine installation.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and compliance documentation.
Prepare utility performance reports, cost analysis, and efficiency improvement plans for management review.
