Must have technical abilities and computer skill.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance; closely work with operator & supervisor for smoothing generators, substation, boilers, WTP, bag facility.

• To monitor and control power generation equipment including printing machine, chillers and air conditioner also related electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Initiate equipment calibration, Preventive, schedule and other types of maintenance & repairing activities

• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of all machines, Ensure workers follow SOP, EHS guidelines & hygiene and use proper PPE.

• To ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.

• Maintaining liaison with Gas & Electricity office to ensure smooth supply with any breakdown.

• Ensure safety stock of spare parts for regular operations and control inventory cope up with Finance, SCM & Engr. Store team

• Identify equipment abnormalities and coordinate with team/service provider for timely operational, ensure highest % of OEE.

• To ensure that all industrial facilities are electrically efficient and safe, Coordinate & ensure external audit also related electrical and utility documentation and compliance.

• Prepare and review design and drawings for new and existing facilities, estimate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per project and maintenance requirements.

• Identify and implement process improvements through KAIZEN, 5S, PDCA to enhance efficiency and reduce energy & operation costs.
