Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Statistics/ Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum all second class/division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time
∎ Job Duration: 6 months (may be extension).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking leadership roles by clarifying goals and objectives helping to allocate roles
∎ Implementing the agreed action plan to agreed standards and deadlines.
∎ Responsible for training, assigning tasks, motivating staffs, solving conflicts and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of proven experience in the project coordination and implementation.
∎ Abilities in planning, coordination, result based management and reporting / Presentation of projects concerning of disadvantaged adolescents & youth's empowerment and social norm change in rural project areas.
∎ Proficiency in English spoken and written, proficiency in IT use.
∎ Very good abilities in the interactions and negotiation with local and central level staff and management and maintaining networking, advocacy campaigning with other stakeholders.
∎ Ability for staff capacity development & training.
∎ Excellent skills in presentation and report writing.

Salary:
∎ According to the proficiencies. Consolidated salary: maximum Tk. 22,000/-.
