Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree of any subject with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time
∎ Job Duration: 6 months (may be extension)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing all the programs related to adolescents.
∎ Helping the Coordinator to implement the Adolescent Empowerment Programme.
∎ Conduct regular peer to peer sessions.
∎ Organizing seminars, workshops, meetings etc.
∎ Keeping a record about all the members regarding their advancement sending report to the Service Centre.
∎ Distribute responsibilities to the Ward Promoter (WP) and follow up their activities.
∎ Help the members to successfully conduct their business and help them to record their accounting properly.
∎ Inspire the parents of the association members regularly for the participation in the parents' meeting.
∎ Keeping and helping the Upazilla Coordinator to prepare all kinds of reports.
∎ Directly involved in data collection for monitoring.
∎ Communicate with different service providers in input-output actors.
∎ Keep close relationship with the community people as well as both Ward and Union.

Salary:
∎ According to the proficiencies. Consolidated salary: maximum Tk. 10,000-14,000/-
