Educational Requirements:
∎ Completed Graduation Degree in any subject from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Playing role as a key person of the organization to implement program in the Upazila level.
∎ NFE Program Management
∎ Monitoring and evaluation
∎ Academic support
∎ Teaching learning process
∎ Organization of training, workshop, meeting
∎ Prepare training module/Manual
∎ Report writing both in Bangla and English

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of NFPE programs, monitoring, evaluation, academic support, teaching, social mobilization events, teacher / supervisors training etc. One Upazila Program Manager will be engaged for each Upazila.
∎ The applicant shall be capable to drive Motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ Clear conception/ understanding on Non-Formal Primary Education (NFPE) project.
∎ Skill in speaking and report writing in English. Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel
