Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or 4 years Bachelor degree from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in implementation of the project activities according to the workplan and scheduled timeline.
∎ Establish rapport and maintain strong communication with different stakeholders such as local government, upazila fisheries department, upazila department of women and child affairs, upazila health complex, Upazila Nutrition Coordination Committee (UNCC) etc.
∎ Supervise of Union Nutrition Facilitators (UNFs).
∎ Assist Project Coordinator in preparing weekly, monthly progress report with the cooperation of Union Nutrition Facilitators through providing data.
∎ Support Union Nutrition Facilitators to conduct training on aquaculture and nutrition for the project direct beneficiaries in the field.
∎ Monitor project activities through regular visit in the field to ensure quality of the project deliverables and mobilize the Union Nutrition Facilitators.
∎ Attend meetings and workshops with the different stakeholders, funding partners and Shushilan to inform about the progress of the project activities.
∎ Attend various meetings at the upazila level and presenting the project activities before government authorities regularly.
∎ Conduct and assist group meeting, aquaculture progress monitoring and record keeping
∎ Maintain liaison / networking with GOs / NGOs and other service providers.
∎ Make linkage between the project participants and different service providers.
∎ Organizing different meeting/workshop etc.
∎ Assist in ensuring community participation in different training/meeting/workshop/orientation etc.
∎ Support to organize coordination meeting at different level.
∎ Facilitate the community people to mobilize their local resource applying local knowledge for their own development.
∎ Involve the community people in preparing business plan and its implementation.
∎ Regular field visit as per objective and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare monthly activities report.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan.
∎ Monthly case study writing with quality photograph.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years working experience in development sector. Aquaculture related project implementation experience will be added advantage
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities skill
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Achieving quality results and service

∎ Building collaborative relationships
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
