Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the opening plan and operate the targeted number of schools by following established guidelines and timelines.
∎ Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of teaching-learning materials in schools/centers and offices to support smooth program operations.
∎ Implement various pedagogical approaches and new interventions to enhance the quality of education and service delivery.
∎ Analyze business data to track progress, identify gaps, assess risks and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve program quality while collaborating with Programme Organizers for issue resolution and service enhancement.
∎ Implement capacity-building initiatives for staff and teachers by identifying their needs regularly and prioritizing necessary training and development.
∎ Conduct regular field observations to assess program quality, provide direct feedback to field staff, teachers, and the HO team, and follow up to ensure expected quality improvements.
∎ Execute official communications, including programme guidelines, meeting minutes, circulars, and memorandums, to make sure that program requirements and expectations are met.
∎ Manage office operations by overseeing stock, report preparation, data analysis, documentation, and corrective actions for continuous program improvement.
∎ Maintain effective liaison and communication with field management, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth program implementation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
