∎ Graduate/Masters in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor of programme implementation in assigned Upazila/Area.
∎ Conduct necessary communication and provide feedback based on reports and observations for necessary actions to ensure proper programme implementation and improvement.
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring of programme on a regular basis.
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with Government staffs of Health and different level stakeholder such as (UH&FPO, Upazilla Parishad etc.).
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring of programme on a regular basis
∎ Coordinate with BRAC different departments.
∎ Prepare and send of monthly and quarterly reports in proper time.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Programmatic Knowledge on Communicable Diseases.
∎ Knowledge on capacity building and community mobilization
∎ Computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Gender equality and diversity awareness
