• Master of Development Studies (MDS)
• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• Age At most 45 years

• Should have a solid background in project management and implementation, as well as a strong understanding of livelihood interventions, particularly focused on women.

• Capable of planning and organizing tasks efficiently.

• Able to drive a motorcycle with valid driving license and willing to stay in remote areas.

• Proficient in preparing factual reports and documentation.

• Proven skills in project and staff management with a successful track record.

• Excellent analytical skills, effective teamwork, networking, and communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community mobilization and development.

• Computer skills on MS Word and Excel.

• Good interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Bangla

• Strong analytical ability and motivation to work with poor Adivasi communities in remote areas.

The DASCOH Foundation is seeking a dynamic Unit Manager (UM) for the “Strengthening the Economic, Social, and Political Participation of Multiply Marginalised Women in Climate Hotspots in Bangladesh” (AGROJATRA) project, supported by the NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. The details eligibility requirements of the position are as follows;

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Ensure unit-level planning and implementation of the project activities.

• Supervise field facilitators and coaching, mentoring, guiding and accompanying the respective area and Unit team members.

• Provide training, guidance and technical support to the project participants/target groups.

• Facilitate training sessions, technical support, and guidance to the target group as well as staff.

• Maintain effective liaison with local elected bodies, Upazila level Government Officials, Community Based Organisations, and non-government organisations.

• Manage the implementation of the programme activities and ensure quality through regular monitoring.

• Administrative and transparent financial management·         Factual periodic reporting for the assigned areas.

• Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Weekly 2 holidays

• 2.25 Festival allowance on basic, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical allowance, Travel allowance, Health insurance and Leave benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
