Educational Requirements:
∎ A good academic background (4 years graduation/Master’s Degree preferably in business discipline major in Finance/Accounting/MIS/Bank Management) with appropriate training.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Policy, MIS, AML and portfolio Management will be considered as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control forward flow rates of Retail (Home & Auto Loan), Small Business Loans and Islamic investment.
∎ Manage and control collections activities associated with SCU products portfolio in order to minimize net credit losses and to ensure that asset disposal is speedy and cost beneficial
∎ Actively participate and help management to review the capacity planning, PPG, credit policy, profit margin etc.
∎ Maintain highest levels of asset quality by monitoring delinquent loan portfolio and managed within adequate criteria, regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with the Laws of the land, internal policies/procedures and external regulatory requirement.
∎ Implement & exercise all internal & external audit recommendations.
∎ Provide risk mitigation solutions / alternatives when necessary in line with the policies, guidelines and overall risk appetite of the business.
∎ Maintain a network of continuous and interactive relationship with the branch managers, sales managers and direct sales team regarding collection issues
∎ Ensure the harmony among credit team, customers (DST, Branches, & value center/card Div), CPV agents and collection wing for minimizing the risk of the retail lending.
∎ Regular review & implement of collectors incentive plan to measure productivity & maintain reward/accountability in the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound market and industry knowledge on the banking, credit, risk related policy, process, rules & regulation of the regulatory body (BB etc.)
∎ Relevant area’s knowledge and liaison with the competitor institution
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
∎ Proven leadership and team building skill with well-developed coaching skills and people management
∎ Sound analytical skill to generate and interpret MI, identifying trend, analysis of data etc.
∎ Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning
∎ Competency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc.
∎ Proper understanding of credit and risk management and ability to balance risk and business requirements in high volume retail lending environment
