Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing strategies to increase low-cost or no-cost deposit portfolios through collection and payments solutions. This could include incentives for clients to use CityLive for their banking needs, such as discounts on transaction fees or interest rate benefits.
∎ Monitoring the performance of collection and payment products and services through product mapping. This involves analyzing usage data, transaction volumes, profitability metrics and client feedback to make data-driven decisions for enhancements and improvements.
∎ Maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance etc.
∎ Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and structuring of working capital solutions (Liability products) in partnership with other business divisions of the bank or other relationship management team & operations.
∎ Developing and maintaining a sustainable business model for collections and payments, ensuring profitability while providing value to clients. This includes analyzing pricing structures, cost efficiencies and revenue streams.
∎ Ensuring smooth integration of CityLive with clients' existing systems and processes i.e. Host-to-Host Connectivity. This includes providing training and support to clients during onboarding and ongoing usage.
∎ Working closely with Relationship Managers to engage with corporate clients and educate them on the benefits and features of CityLive. This helps in increasing adoption rates and client satisfaction.
∎ Assessing and managing risks associated with collection and payment products, including cybersecurity risks, fraud prevention and operational risks. This involves working closely with the risk management team to implement robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.
