Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance is preferred.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ No 3rd division is allowed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close business from new and established relationships.
∎ Assist in sourcing and cultivating relationships with Fintech, Govt. Authorities/Entities, Telcos, MINCs, FMCGS.
∎ Articulate the value proposition of digitally enabled business banking.
∎ Lead with insights and analytics to support creation and execution of relevant and impactful strategy.
∎ Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, successful initiatives and roadblocks.
∎ Taking Initiatives to onboard new Digital Lending Partners.
∎ Laisse with regulator to get necessary approval to launch new digital products
∎ Laisse with other Govt. Entities for relevant approval/consent.
∎ Arrange and help the MID to onboard digital lending Platforms on PoC/ Commercial Basis.
∎ Bring new ideas to diversify digital lending products, and lead lending innovation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Prior experience in leading strategic partnerships and programmatic execution
∎ Strong relationship building and diplomatic communication skills
∎ Superior knowledge of Fintech Eco systems
∎ Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
