• Minimum 15+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Corporate Banking or Corporate Relations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint.

• Fair understanding of core banking systems.

• In depth knowledge of industry, products, and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a wholesale relationship team to achieve annual business budgets.

• Drive new account booking and portfolio expansion.

• Ensure prudent portfolio diversification and sustainable growth.

• Maintain credit quality, monitor portfolio health, and ensure compliance with Prime Bank`s credit policies and Bangladesh Bank regulations.

• Provide strategic input to MD/CEO/Board on operating plans and market intelligence.

• Mentor and develop SRMs, RMs, and ARMs to build future leaders.

• Maintain close client relationships and deliver superior customer service with zero complaints.
