Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure CMAM and the medical protocols are implemented in line with the national guideline of NNS.
∎ Support CNW undertake clinical and physical examination of all children referred to the CMAM program correctly.
∎ Ensure that all the phases- admission and discharge criteria are followed and program staff understand and implement the protocol.
∎ Ensure the monitor follow up absentee, defaulter by CNV through routine outreach activities is effectively maintain.
∎ Support MoFWH staff to ensure that there is high standard of hygiene sanitation in the OTP/TSFP.
∎ Conduct routine OJT to CNW based on the national protocol considering all the criteria of referral mechanism.
∎ Monitor and follow up regular health and nutrition education sessions in collaboration with MoFWH staff in OTP/TSFP.
∎ Assist in the setting up and smooth operation outpatient therapeutic program and supplementary feeding program in the CC and UH&FWC.
∎ Conduct sensitization and facilitate the MoHFW staffs and community stakeholders to understand the importance of program and to improve their ability to recognize cause and signs of malnutrition, provide appropriate education to target group and community to help mitigate MN and refer individuals as appropriate.
∎ Investigate the causes of non-responding and refer children to Stabilization Center (SC) or in collaboration with SC staff.
∎ Coordinate with Nutrition Officer to ensure comprehensive community outreach and mobilization, health education and treatment are undertaken per the guidelines.
∎ Maintain documentation and filing of all relevant information of the targeted group according to Donors requirement.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous working experience in CMAM and field level NGO experience is preferable.
∎ Have ability to communicate very well in English both verbally and writing
∎ Have ability to work flexibly including weekends and willingness to travel and work in rural locations and live in basic conditions.
∎ Have competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic communication applications like WhatsApp or Messenger.
