∎ Bachelor degree

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify beneficiary according to the criteria of WorldFish
∎ Rapport building and keep regular communication with the stakeholder and community.
∎ Maintain relationship between beneficiaries and the project management through capacity building and technical support activities at the union level.
∎ Conduct training on aquaculture for the project direct beneficiaries in the field and providing direct technical support to the aquaculture practitioners.
∎ Provide technical support to the direct beneficiaries in case of arising any complication in the field with support from Union nutrition and aquaculture officer (UNAO).
∎ Maintain liaison / networking with GOs / NGOs and other service providers.
∎ Make linkage between the project participants and different service providers.
∎ Facilitate to organize court yard session and different group level meeting at ward, union and upazila level and keep record
∎ Represent project in the monthly Health and Nutrition Coordination/Committee meeting at different GOB and NGO levels of every tier and update them on project activities.
∎ Coordinate with other relevant stakeholders’ staff and other project staff for effective coordination and implementation of Project at field level.
∎ Facilitate training for the beneficiary
∎ Share the updates of project activities with senior management
∎ Assist in ensuring community participation in different training/meeting/workshop/orientation etc.
∎ Support to organize coordination meeting at different level.
∎ Involve the community people in preparing business plan and its implementation.
∎ Regular field visit as per objective and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan activities report.
∎ Monthly case study writing with quality photograph.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years relevant working experience in development sector
∎ An understanding of project implementation
∎ Ability to meet deadlines
∎ Extensively field oriented, positive attitude and committed to work hard
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Ability to self-learn
∎ Ability to assess the effectiveness of activities and if required to adapt approach
∎ An evaluating and questioning mind
∎ Ability to work effectively with people of different age, gender, education and background
∎ Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders Friendly, approachable personality
∎ Able to drive bicycle
