• Organize and manage Umrah and Hajj packages, including travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates

• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to pilgrims on visa requirements, travel guidelines, and religious rituals

• Must be aware of the Visa Application system (Nusuk) and ensure accurate and timely processing of visas

• Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues during the pilgrimageEnsure compliance with regulations and guidelines from religious and governmental authorities

• Manage administrative tasks like processing visas and travel documents, and maintain accurate records

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote packages through online and offline channels

• Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders, and organize informational sessionsLead and manage a team of assistants, guides, and volunteers for efficient service delivery

• Develop contingency plans for emergencies and act as the main point of contact during crises

• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with knowledge of Islamic rituals and requirements for Umrah and Hajj.
