• Coordinate Hajj and Umrah group bookings, pilgrim registrations, and travel arrangements.

• Manage visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.

• Liaise with Saudi Arabian service providers, hotels, transport operators, airlines, and travel agencies.

• Prepare and maintain pilgrim lists, rooming lists, itineraries, and travel documentation.

• Monitor booking confirmations, payment schedules, deadlines, and operational requirements.

• Coordinate Hajj accommodation, transportation, and pilgrim service arrangements in Saudi Arabia.

• Communicate with pilgrims, clients, and sub-agents regarding packages and travel procedures.

• Assist in preparing Hajj and Umrah package quotations and cost estimates.

• Maintain supplier records, booking reports, invoices, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with the Ticketing, Accounts, Sales, and Administration departments.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of promised services.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh and Saudi Arabian regulations.

• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
