Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor booking queues to ensure timely ticket issuance and confirmations.
∎ Input and update passenger details, itinerary changes, and special requests accurately in the GDS.
∎ Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and availability.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
∎ Stay informed about visa requirements, travel restrictions, and destination information.
∎ Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
∎ Troubleshoot GDS-related issues to ensure smooth booking processes.
∎ Handle group bookings, special events, and corporate travel arrangements efficiently.
∎ Provide emergency travel assistance and manage disruptions professionally.
