Responsibilities & Context:
Holiday & Leisure Travel Management
Design, develop, and manage holiday packages for domestic and international destinations.
Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and ground operators to secure the best rates and inclusions.
Research new destinations and trends to keep the holiday portfolio competitive.
Supervise holiday sales team, ensuring quality service and smooth client experience.
Prepare costing, quotations, and presentations for holiday packages.
Visa Services (Europe, Canada & USA Focus)
Handle and process visa processing for Europe, Canada, and USA, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements.
Guide clients on visa documentation, forms, and interview preparation.
Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, regulations, and changes.
Build and maintain liaison with embassies, visa centers (e.g., VFS, IOM), and consulates.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of visa applications.
Operations & Compliance
Coordinate with accounts and management to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
Monitor client satisfaction, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Leadership & Reporting
Train and guide junior staff in holiday packaging and visa handling.
Report performance, sales targets, and operational updates to senior management.
Contribute to business growth strategies for both leisure travel and visa services.
