• Job Grade: Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Vice President (VP)

• Must have proven experience in leading Priority or Privilege Banking Centers

• Capable to initiate new ideas and services for Priority Customers’ relationship management

• Completion of JAIBB and AIBB shall be mandatory for consideration of recruitment to the next higher grade.

• No third class/division in any academic record.Having professional certification in relevant field will be added advantage.

• Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall priority banking strategy, growth plans, market positioning, and risk appetite in line with bank objectives.

• Portfolio & Deposit Growth: Drive the acquisition, retention, and expansion of high-net-worth (HNW) deposit and investment portfolios.

• Relationship & Advisory Management: Oversee Relationship Managers and Priority Center Managers to deliver customized financial solutions, wealth management services, and one-stop personalized service for affluent clients.

• Cross-Selling & Revenue: Promote cross-selling of bank-wide products, including commercial banking services, asset products, credit cards, and lifestyle alliances.

• Operations & Compliance: Supervise day-to-day priority center operations, ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) guidelines, and internal policies.

• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of Priority Banking Managers and Relationship Officers, setting and tracking individual/team KPIs.
