• Completion of JAIBB and AIBB shall be mandatory for consideration of recruitment to the next higher grade.

• No third class/division in any academic record.

• Having professional certification in relevant field will be added advantage.

• Develop and implement the Bank’s Sustainable Finance Strategy, policies, and action plans in alignment with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and the Bank’s business objectives.

• Formulate annual sustainable finance targets, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.

• Review and update sustainable finance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory changes and international best practices.

• Coordinate with business, credit, risk management, compliance, and other relevant divisions to integrate sustainability into the Bank’s overall operations.

• Identify, develop, and promote financing opportunities in renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste management, green buildings, sustainable agriculture, clean transportation, and other eligible green projects.

• Facilitate financing for environmentally friendly and climate-resilient projects in line with applicable Bangladesh Bank policies.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s Sustainable Finance, ESRM, Green Banking, Climate Risk Management, and sustainability-related reporting requirements, as applicable.

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of periodic sustainable finance reports, statements, and disclosures to Bangladesh Bank within stipulated timelines.

• Monitor the Bank’s performance against applicable regulatory targets, sustainability indicators, and reporting requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of sustainability and climate-related financial disclosures in accordance with applicable Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for regulatory inspections, internal audits, and external reviews.
