Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
∎ Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
∎ Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
∎ Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
∎ Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
∎ Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
∎ Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years' experience as a front-end developer
∎ Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools
∎ 2-3 years of experience in Bootstrap framework
∎ Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
∎ Experience in understanding design requirements through wireframing and prototyping, and final design
∎ Must have understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
∎ Experience in the following javascript frameworks like JQuery, Angular JS, EXTJS, React JS, etc.
∎ 2+ years of strong real time experience in developing React JS based applications (with Redux is preferable)
∎ Able to develop SPA (Single Page Applications) consuming server-side JSON restful services
∎ Proficiency using Git version control
