∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and system analysts. Converting ideas into amazing digital experiences and engaging and retaining users via experiences they would love.
∎ Design User Interfaces (UIs), UI elements, and widgets for Mobile and Web Applications. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.
∎ As a user researcher, conduct qualitative studies for different web applications and mobile apps for providing digital solutions for the organization services. Contacting and inviting participants, conducting interviews, noting down transcripts, analyzing records, writing reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in conducting user research with qualitative and/or quantitative methods, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability tests, diary studies, ethnographic field research, surveys, etc.
∎ Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc., and familiarities working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, MarvelApp, and working with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the like.
∎ Familiar with digital service design methodologies.
