Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as software Test Engineer.
Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in using automatic testing tools & cyber security testing.
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of electricity Billing, Accounting and RMG-based ERP software systems.
Meticulous record-keeping practices for maintaining clear documentation of client communications for future reference.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Fluency in both English and Bangla, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a professional demeanor, are essential.
Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for on-site UAT support purposes as required.
Understand the software process and rigorously test the functionality of software components.
Develop detailed Test Cases from requirement specifications.
Convert requirements into testable scenarios.
Test data analysis and verifying test data.
Develop and execute test scripts using open source tools.
Perform API testing by validating RESTful API responses with Postman.
Participate in System reviews to provide input on functional requirements, designs.
Assist users with system support and troubleshooting.
