∎ Proven experience in the utilization of application software, operating systems and database servers.
∎ Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Billing, Accounting, and RMG-based ERP software systems are mandatory.
∎ Meticulous record-keeping practices for maintaining clear documentation of client communications for future reference.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Exceptional patience and the ability to effectively interact with users of varying technical proficiency.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla, with strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a professional demeanor, are essential.
∎ Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for on-site support purposes as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand the software process and rigorously test the functionality of software components.
∎ Facilitate end-user adoption of the software systems through effective knowledge transfer and training.
∎ Perform installation and configuration of the software in client-side servers and PCs.
∎ Provide assistance with data entry processes.
∎ Deliver end-user support to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
∎ Develop and implement innovative methodologies to enhance troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
