Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of Primary & secondary monthly sales target in terms of value and volume.
∎ Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target Oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Ensure market coverage by identifying gap market and propose to supervisor for further step.
∎ Setting sales target for individual FO & Distributor and assigned team as a whole.
∎ Monitoring daily sales activities of Distributor & FO and motivating them to achieve target.
∎ Ensure Productivity of all subordinates through proper monitoring.
∎ Ensure subordinates development through proper training and guidelines.
∎ Manage key retail outlets to ensure expected outcome.
∎ Be updated about company's products or services.
∎ Identify key competitors and their strategy within the territory and propose own strategy
∎ Territory Managers will assist Area Sales Managers in preparing different plans and activities giving various information, facts, figures and market feedback.
∎ Conduct market surveys for data collection in order to develop new products or to increase the product line.
∎ Develop route plan visit the assigned dealers/retailers' areas in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Ensure sales growth Analyse sales data, sales trends, market competition and prepare sales report.
∎ Market Credit management of designated Territory.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problems rise from the market by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Highly professional in appearance, character and conduct.
