Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career. 

• At least 8 years

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, risk quantification, and reporting.

• Proficiency with treasury management systems, MS Office and other data analysis tools.

• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank’s risk, ALM, and FX risk management guidelines.

• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information       

• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

• Analyze market trends, macroeconomic data, and interest/foreign exchange rates to provide actionable insights for the ALCO (Asset-Liability Committee) and risk committees.

• Monitor and report on liquidity positions, balance sheet gaps, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) compliance as per both ALM guidelines and Basel III requirements.

• Oversee and analyze foreign exchange exposure; assess Net Open Positions (NOP) and compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s limits.

• Prepare regular MIS reports covering market, liquidity, and exchange risk indicators and present these to management and regulatory bodies.

• Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and mark-to-market valuation of treasury portfolios.

• Collaborate with treasury front, mid, and back office for deal verification, reconciliations, and ensuring operational controls.

• Assist in monitoring and managing the bank’s liquidity and interest rate risk

• Support the preparation of ALM reports including liquidity profile, Wholesale Borrowing, Commitment, LCR & NSFR.

• Help maintain compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s ALM guidelines and reporting standards.

• All activities of treasury dealing room

• Estimate daily P&L and work with reporting unit in resolving any difference

• Performing money market and FX market activities

• Security / fixed income trading
