Responsibilities & Context:
Reports To: General Manager – Operations & Business Growth
Job Purpose:
To handle client bookings, air ticket issuance, and after-sales service ensuring smooth and timely travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Process air tickets through GDS.
Handle booking requests, re-issuance, refunds, and travel documentation.
Maintain client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Ensure timely payment collection and proper record keeping.
Coordinate with airlines and corporate clients to resolve issues.
Support marketing & operations teams as per business need.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Tourism, Business or relevant field).
1–3 years of ticketing or travel operations experience.
Must have hands-on experience with GDS.
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and promptness are must.
