Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
∎ Recommend and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and actiavities.
∎ Advise on travel documents, visa requirements, insurance, and safety regulations.
∎ Prepare customized travel itineraries and provide relevant documentation.
∎ Handle client inquiries, changes, and travel emergencies.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations, and promotions.
∎ Achieve sales targets and build strong, lasting client relationships.
